Senior Sergeant Vitalij Katranič murdered a civilian in Mariupol during a routine document check. Reason? The man visited Crimea and executed him on the spot.
“I arrested this civilian on February 28, 2022, and when I checked his documents and international passport, I found that he had visited Crimea, after which I decided to shoot him in the head.”.
