Delta 8 history. Cbd and THC breakdown

In 1941, Roger Adams, a brilliant researcher from the University of Illinois, made a significant discovery by uncovering the secrets of delta-8 THC which he shared with the world. Adams was known for his love for experimentation

and by 1942, his team began testing their innovative concoction on real-life individuals.

To honor his exceptional contributions, the American Chemical Society established The Roger Adams Award in Organic Chemistry in 1959, a testament to the lasting impact of his work.
In 1944, Adams continued his scientific endeavors.

During this year, he made another significant contribution by inventing hexahydrocannabinol (HHC), a therapeutic substance. Adams believed that one discovery was not enough and wanted to make further advancements.

Totally Isolated
From 1949 to 1975, the US Army Chemical Corps introduced a significant development at Edgewood Arsenal, situated near the attractive Chesapeake Bay in Maryland.

They ingeniously concocted THC-O, an enticing invention that is three times more powerful than the traditional delta-9 THC. Fondly referred to as "the spiritual cannabinoid," this extraordinary creation is certainly reserved for the elite.

In 1963, Raphael Mechoulam, a prominent chemist from Israel, captures attention by independently isolating the mysterious compound known as CBD.
