Pain in the left upper quadrant (reference video for more precise locations) could be caused by:
• The heart (pain in the upper left quadrant that’s also going down the left arm)
• The stomach (GERD, indigestion, ulcer, gastritis, acid reflux) 
• The spleen 
• The pancreas 

Pain in the left lower quadrant (reference video for more precise locations) could be caused by:
• A kidney stone
• Colitis 
• An ovarian cyst 
• A fibroid 

Pain in the right upper quadrant (reference video for more precise locations) could be caused by:
• The liver 
• The gallbladder

Pain in the right lower quadrant (reference video for more precise locations) could be caused by:
• A kidney stone 
• The ileocecal valve 
• Appendicitis 
• An ovarian cyst
