In this video, we’re going to talk about irritable male syndrome and low testosterone.

First, let’s talk about an interesting study. In this study, 32 men at the average age of 59 did fasting and dieting for three months. After the three months, they experienced:
• Decreased tension
• Less anger
• Decreased confusion
• Increased vigor
• More daytime concentration

This is not to mention all of the other benefits, like weight loss and a healthier body.

PEDS (partial endocrine deficiency syndrome) is a situation that occurs in men as they age. This is when the endocrine system begins to fall apart, and hormone imbalanced takes place.

There are two primary hormones that are involved: testosterone and cortisol. This results in an increase in cortisol and a decrease in testosterone levels.

Testosterone and cortisol compete—when one raises, the other one lowers.

Some men do testosterone replacement therapy. Although this can help with short-term issues, you can develop gonad atrophy, which makes hormone issues worse over the long-term.

To avoid these issues and increase your mood, you can:
1. Do intermittent fasting
2. Take zinc
3. Take L-arginine
4. Exercise
5. Healthy keto
