In this video, we’re going to talk about a common problem many people have. This problem involves tightness in your traps—especially your right trap.

This is actually a very easy problem to fix, and the problem may not actually be what you think it is.

When you experience right trap pain, it often isn’t your trap muscle at all. Instead, it’s the levator scapulae muscle. Even further, the actual root cause of this pain has to do with the phrenic nerve.

The phrenic nerve goes through the diaphragm up to the third and the fifth vertebra—one on the left and one on the right side of your body.

When your gallbladder or liver is inflamed, congested, or swollen, it puts pressure on the phrenic nerve. This refers pain up to your neck.

Inflammation in the bile ducts can cause a sort of clog that creates inflammation in the liver.

The remedy is simple:
1. Lower your carbohydrates
2. Decrease omega-6 fatty acids
3. Take purified bile salts
4. Consume a moderate amount of fat
5. Eliminate snacking
6. Do keto and intermittent fasting

This will essentially help bile drain from your liver and gallbladder so you don’t experience that referred trap pain.

Give these tips a try and see if they work for you.
