How long do you think you might live? The oldest person documented lived to be 122 years old. Currently, the oldest living person is a woman living in Japan who is 118 years old. The first fifty people on the list of oldest living people are all women. Women do tend to live longer than men.

On average, in the United States, men live to be 76.1 years old. On average, in the United States, women live to be 81.1 years old.

There are three reasons why women may live longer than men:
1. Women have more estrogen
2. Women have a better immune system
3. Women have a lower production of oxidants

Men need to work twice as hard as women to keep their oxidants low and their antioxidants very high. Personally, I’m actively doing things every day to extend my life. What are you doing to help extend your life? If you’re not sure what to do, check out my other videos.
