The First Woe and the Sealed of God

The Prophet Ezekiel saw in a vision a man dressed in linen with an inkhorn sealing men in their foreheads. They were exempt from the judgment and wrath of God. John the Apostle saw a vision of locusts hurting people who are not sealed. Are these two visions related somehow?
