Today we're going to talk about what to do if you accidentally messed up on keto. Maybe you were served something you didn't realize had a lot of sugar in it, or you accidentally bought something you didn't realize wasn't actually keto-friendly. What do you do?

In the brain, you can use either sugar or ketones as fuel. But, the brain will always prefer ketones over glucose. This means that all you have to do is elevate the ketones in your blood, so the brain can use them as fuel. This can help you start to feel better fast.

What you can do if you mess up on keto:
• Take liquid MCT oil
• Take powdered MCT oil
• Take exogenous ketones
