In this video, I want to cover seven indicators that you could potentially have a blood clot. Just because you have any of these symptoms doesn’t mean you have a blood clot. But, it’s good to understand your body and understand what symptoms like these could be related to.

The symptoms are directly dependent on where the blood clots are. You could have blood clots in your lungs, heart, legs, brain, or pelvis. Blood clots could be anywhere where there is an artery or vein. If you have any of the symptoms below and the symptom is persistent, you may want to get it checked out.

Potential indicators of a blood clot:
1. Leg cramps or tightness (could be caused by deep vein thrombosis)
2. Shortness of breath (clots could be in the lungs or heart)
3. Sudden decrease or increase in blood pressure
4. Increase in pulse rate for no reason
5. Swelling in a leg, foot, ankle, arm, or hand
6. Excessive sweating
7. Discolored skin (typically red or pale)

Natural remedies to help prevent blood clots:
• Vitamin E (tocotrienols)
• Garlic
• Quercetin
• Turmeric
• Cayenne pepper

It’s important to note that people with blood sugar issues like insulin resistance, prediabetes, and diabetes have a higher risk of blood clots. Also, people who consume a lot of sugar or are on a high-carb diet have a high risk for blood clots. If you have a blood sugar issue or are on a high-carb diet, it’s time to switch to the Healthy Keto diet and intermittent fasting.
