Cape Coral man convicted of child molestation

A Cape Coral man will now spend the rest of his life in prison. Sergio Oliveros was found guilty of molesting an 11 year old girl. He faced capital sex battery charges. He also received a 25 year prison sentenced for a molestation charge, which will run concurrently with his life term. Oliveros is also banned from having any contact with the victim or her family.
