Today I’m going to reveal the three most dangerous restaurant meals in the world.

These unhealthy restaurant meals tend to combine protein with sugar or carbohydrates. It’s important to keep in mind that combining sugar (or this much refined carb) with protein or fat and heating it will cause glycation. This will clog your arteries and can cause many different health issues.

I believe the types of meals like those on this list are why a lot of children are developing a fatty liver, why much of the population is headed towards diabetes, and why the great majority of the population has many different health issues.

3 most dangerous restaurant meals:
1. Pancakes, hashbrowns, orange juice, and sausage
Pancakes contain:
• Wheat flour
• Gluten
• Modified food starch
• Soy flour
• Hydrogenated soy (trans fats)
• Fortified iron (will cause bloating)

Hashbrowns contain:
• Corn starch
• Dextrose
• Maltodextrin
• Potato
• Vegetable oil

Orange juice contains:
• No vitamins

Sausage contains:
• Sugar
• MSG

2. Burger, fries, coke, and dessert
Burger contains:
• Bun (contains mold inhibitors, refined carbs, and corn starch)
• Ketchup (high fructose corn syrup)
• Mustard

Fries contain:
• Similar ingredients to hashbrowns
• Hydrogenated soy (trans fats)
• Highly refined potato product

Coke contains:
