What To Do When Your Listing Expires

@martykelly100 talks about what sellers should do if their listing expires.

If your house didn’t sell before your listing expired, you’re probably feeling more than a little frustrated.
I understand.
That’s a hard spot to be in.
If you don’t know what to do next, here’s a rundown of your options.

When your house hasn’t sold, you can take it off the market completely, sell it yourself, or work with an agent to re-list it.
If this is a bit overwhelming, here’s what I’ll tell you.

There’s probably a reason you wanted to move.
So, deciding you’re not going to do it isn’t putting your needs first.

And, while you could try to sell it yourself, it’s an involved process.
If you’re already stressed because it didn’t sell the first time, taking on the pressure of selling it on your own may be more than you want to tackle.

Option three is to re-list it.
Now, I know you didn’t have a great experience and I want to change that.
I’m here to listen and offer advice.
