Let’s talk about hair loss. A few common causes of hair loss are nutritional deficiencies, DHT, and an autoimmune issue. But, the most common factor behind these causes of hair loss is stress.

The most damaging type of stress to your hair is emotional loss. But, sustained chronic stress, environmental stress, stress on the body from overtraining, stress on the body from pregnancy, and many other types of stress can affect your hair.

One interesting thing about stress and hair loss is that the reaction is typically delayed. There could even be a delay of one to three months between the time of stress and when you first start noticing your hair is falling out.

To stop hair loss or help prevent hair loss, you must address your stress levels to allow certain body functions to work correctly.

How to decrease stress:
1. Implement good sleeping habits
2. Exercise and do physical work
3. Isolate the cause of the stress and resolve the issue
4. Do Healthy Keto® and intermittent fasting
5. Take vitamin B1
