Niftynei, also known as Lisa Neigut, is a globally recognized expert in Bitcoin and the Lightning Network. Nifty writes curricula and leads classes at Base58, a prominent Bitcoin technical university. She is currently on a sabbatical from Blockstream, where she spent the last five years working as a maintenance lead for Core Lightning.

When not teaching classes, Nifty works on a book about bitcoin transactions and leads the technical conference series Bitcoin++ about Bitcoin.
