How to make this super delicious Raisin and Walnut Loaf.

Here's what you'll need:
2 tbsps sugar (25g)
1/2 cup milk (125ml)
1 tsp instant yeast (3g)
3 tbsp milk powder (30g)
1 egg
2 cups bread flour or all purpose flour (250g)
1/2 tsp salt (2g)
2 tbsps butter (25g)
1/2 cup raisins (soaked in any fruit juice)
1/2 cup walnut (soaked in boiling hot water for 5 minutes and peeled)

1. In a mixing bowl, mix together sugar, milk, yeast, milk powder and egg.
2. Add flour and salt. Mix until the dough forms.
3. Add softened butter and mix until butter is fully absorbed.
4.Transfer to a lightly floured counter. Knead, slap and fold until smooth and elastic.
5. Smooth into a ball and coat with oil.
6. Cover for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
7. Then deflate the proofed dough by punching the air out.
8. Roll out and flatten dough into 16 x 9 inches rectangular shape.
9. Make some vertical cut half way through not cutting the end part. Please see video.
10. Spread raisins and walnuts. Roll tightly. Pinch ends to seal.
11.Place in a 9 x 4 x 4 inches baking loaf dish or pan lined with parchment paper and brushed with butter.
12. Cover for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
13. Brush with eggwash: 1 egg and 2 tbsp milk.
14. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C or 350F for 25-30 minutes.
15. Brush with melted salted butter for a soft crust.
16. Serve and enjoy!
