🎬VIDEO - Watch Me Apply - Amex Blue Cash Everyday!

The Amex Blue Cash Everyday card is basically the little brother to the Amex Blue Cash Preferred. Ever since American Express refreshed the card with new benefits in July 2022, it’s now become one of the best cash back credit cards available at the moment!

It awards 3% cash back at U.S. Supermarkets, U.S. Online Retail purchases, and U.S. gas stations, each one capped at $6,000 spend per year (then 1% until it refreshes the following year).

I’m also happy to say that the $25 minimum redemption requirement is GONE :D

As an additional note, I had the Amex Blue Cash Everyday card before. That account was closed back in April 2018, so roughly 4.5 years ago.

You may be familiar with the ‘Amex Lifetime Rule,’ which says that you cannot receive a welcome offer if you currently “have or have had” that Amex credit card before.

However, that ‘lifetime’ is only as long as Amex’s system keeps track of your previous accounts. There’ve been data points that American Express may only look back around 4-5 years.

Furthermore, the Amex Pop Up window should appear if you’re ineligible for a signup bonus.

I didn’t receive that pop-up, so there’s a good chance that I’ll be able to get the bonus again! (Though we’ll have to wait until I meet the spend requirement first) :D

Meanwhile, I look forward to using this new cash back credit card for a lot of my online purchases that would only earn 1% - 2% on other cards.

As part of an overall credit card strategy, using this one along with others like the Citi Custom Cash, Citi Double Cash credit card, Chase Freedom Flex, and others can make for a really strong cash back setup covering a variety of different categories.

And best of all, this is a credit card with no annual fee (so all the rewards are profit in your pocket)!
