28 - Capital One SavorOne Rewards for Students: This is one of the best student credit cards I’ve ever seen! It offers a $50 welcome offer opportunity, no annual fee, excellent rewards for entertainment and food, as well as reimbursing you for an Uber One membership! It also has no foreign transaction fees.

46 - Capital One Quicksilver Rewards for Students: This student credit card earns 1.5% cash back on all purchases (along with a few other categories), meaning it’s a great choice if you spend most of your money on things that don’t fall into a regular rewards category on other cards. It also gives you a complimentary Uber One membership, no foreign transaction fees, and no annual fee. It has the same $50 signup bonus and terms as the SavorOne.

15 - Bank of America Customized Cash Rewards for Students: This cash back credit card has a really unique 3% category; it lets you choose how you earn that 3% every month! You can select from gas stations, online shopping, dining, travel, drug stores, or home improvement / furnishings. There’s no annual fee and a $200 welcome offer after meeting the requirements.

03 - Bank of America Unlimited Cash Rewards for Students: Similar to the Capital One Quicksilver, this Bank of America credit card issues 1.5% cash back on all purchases. You can earn a $200 welcome offer and keep the card for years to come with no annual fee.

08 - Discover it Student Cash Back: For the new cardmember welcome offer, you can get the Discover Cashback Match, meaning Discover matches all the cash back you earned from the card after Year 1. Meanwhile, it earns 5% cash back in quarterly categories that rotate every 3 months, up to $1,500 spent per quarter, then 1% on other purchases. Right now in Q3 2023 it’s earning 5% on mobile wallet purchases and 5% at gas stations. The card has no annual fee and no foreign transaction fees.

26 - Deserve Student Card: Formerly known as the Deserve EDU Mastercard, this card is currently unavailable to new applicants while they’re working on refreshing the benefits. It was an excellent credit card for international students with no SSN because you could use as ITIN. You can get on their notification list to be alerted when they relaunch it at this link: https://www.deserve.com/card-types/consumer-student-card

19 - Petal Credit Card (Petal 1 Rise, Petal 1, Petal 2): Currently, the 3 different Petal credit cards are great options for international students since you can apply with an ITIN (that is, an SSN in not required). Go to the Petal Card website to compare all 3 versions and to see which one is the best fit by using their Apply tool with no impact to your credit score / report.
