Cooking oil - approx 4 tbs
Salt - as per taste
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Allspice (garam masala) - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Tandoori masala - 2 tbs
Ginger/Garlic/Green chili paste - 2 tbs
Piece of coal for smoke
