RESIDENTS OF CAPE TOWN S.AFRICA NOTICED A UNUSUAL RED CLOUD IN THE SKY

This is a rather rare natural phenomenon in which the so-called lenticular cloud remains motionless even in strong winds.

That's what they reckon anyway, to me it looks similar to the Red Cloud before the Turkey Earthquake
