Just a quick review of my second of sprinting, and how Functional Patterns helped me to improve my sprinting.

From a world of natural bodybuilding competing at a high level, two years ago I change my direction to address my many dysfunction that was caused from those many years of weight training. Lucky for me no pain, just my mechanics slowly degrading.

When I started my sprinting, bearing in mind I not a natural sprinter, my sprinting was poor. With FP I am now slowly getting my mechanics back into a better structure and feeling the many benefits.

Just using FP has certainly surprised me, as I am now in the top 10 for the 100m for my age group over 65, very happy with this being my second year.

My key focus to ensure that I do not suffer the typical ailments as we age, joints pain or seeking surgery to fix a problem caused by weight training.

Creating my own journey and story towards enhancing my body as I age..
