Ingredients:

For the steaks:
• 2 New York strips fillets
• Salt
• Black pepper
• Truffle butter

For the baked potatoes:
• 2 Russet potatoes
• Butter
• Cheddar cheese
• Sour cream
• Bacon bites
• Chives

Instructions👇🏻

STEAK:
- Preheat your oven to 500 degrees F.
- Heat a well-seasoned cast iron skillet over high heat until smoking hot
- Meanwhile, sprinkle both sides of the steak with salt and black pepper.
- Place the steak in the hot skillet. Cook, without moving, 2 minutes on each side. This will create a nice crust. Then cook the fat strip for 30 more seconds.
- Add the truffle butter
- Transfer the skillet to the oven. Roast the steak to medium rare, 3-4 minutes (or 135F) For medium, roast 4-5 minutes (or 145F)
- Place the steak on a plate. Allow it to rest for 5 minutes, then top it with truffle butter and serve.

BAKED LOADED POTATOES:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and use a fork to poke several holes in each potato. This allows steam to escape during baking, preventing the potatoes from bursting.
- Drizzle each potato with a little olive oil, this helps the skin become crispy during baking.
- Sprinkle a generous pinch of salt over each potato. You can also add other seasonings like black pepper, garlic powder, or paprika for extra flavor if you like. - Wrap each potato with aluminum foil
- Place the potatoes in the preheated oven. Bake for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the size of the potatoes. You’ll know they’re done when a fork easily pierces through the center, and the skin is crispy.
- Once the potatoes are done baking, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
- To serve, cut a slit in the top of each potato and squeeze the sides to open it up. Use a fork to fluff the insides.
- Add the toppings: butter, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, chives, bacon bits, or any other toppings you prefer.

Enjoy!😋
