Keto Spicy Creamy Italian Sausage Soup

Ingredients:
* 1 Onion (diced)
* 2 lb. Italian Sausage
* 28 oz. Diced Tomatoes
* 28 oz. Tomato Puree
* 8 oz. Cream Cheese
* 1 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
* 1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
* 1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
* 1 tsp. Black Pepper
* 1/2 tsp. Salt
* 2 cups Chicken Stock
* 1 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
* 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan
* Parsley/Chives/Parmesan for garnish.

Instructions:
1. On medium heat, sauté onions until fragrant. Add sausage, brown, and drain.
2. Add tomatoes, cream cheese, seasonings, and chicken stock. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Add cream and parmesan. Heat through for an additional 5 minutes.
4. Serve with garnish.
