Kevin McCarthy As Speaker of the House

The dysfunction in the House is because of McCarthy. He has failed to honor his promises, the conditions for becoming Speaker. He's a liar and a con man without any sense of integrity or patriotism. He's a perfect example of the dysfunction in DC.
