Tesla Optimus, also known as Tesla Bot, is a humanoid robot under development by Tesla. It was announced at the company's Artificial Intelligence Day event in August 2021, and CEO Elon Musk claimed that Tesla would likely build a prototype by 2022.1 In a video posted by the official Tesla Optimus account, TeslaBot has shown remarkable progress, showing off its Yoga skills. It is now running on the same end-to-end neural network as Tesla cars, which can process video input and generate control output.
