In honor of #EmergencyPreparednessMonth, I've reviewed the @redcross Survival Kit Supply Checklist, and found 14 essential items that are missing.

When it comes to prepping and emergency preparedness, we should consider that we will be experiencing an extended grid down situation without power and easy access to food, water, and medical supplies.

In this video, I review the American Red Cross Emergency Kit and provide recommendations to modify the list and supplement the missing essentials to be sure you can survive an extended grid down situation with your family.
