Rukia Lumumba's campaign couldn't be bothered to properly dispose of her yard signs and just dumped them into this abandoned building on Pleasant Avenue in Jackson after losing her election.

If this family isn't screwing up everyone's trash p/u they're just dumping there's in other folks neighborhoods!! They treat Jackson like it's their personal playground and garbage dump, I hope the voters remember all of this when Chokwe is up for re-election or Rukia tries running for another seat.
