Simple Home Exercises Before Bed; Work like magic

You can do these exercises in any order and for as long as you like. If you are new to exercise, start with 10 repetitions of each exercise and gradually increase the number of repetitions as you get stronger.
Be sure to listen to your body and stop if you feel any pain. And remember, the goal of these exercises is to relax and wind down before bed, so don't push yourself too hard.
