Today is Day 1! This will run from September 24 - October 24, but feel free to jump in any time (even if it is after!).

I have been eating less ultra processed foods and am ready to take my journey to the next step. So adding exercise, and trying to find ways to actually enjoy it...

Arms: 12.5"
Thigh: 25.5"
Calves: 16"
