In this video I share my low-carb recipe for the classic Pigs in a Blanket

Pigs in a Blanket (Experimental Recipe)

Ingredients:
¼ cup almond flour
¼ cup coconut flour
2 Tb psyllium husk
2 Tb 3-cheese powder
½ Tb baking soda
1 Tb olive oil
½ Tb apple cider vinegar
4 hotdogs OR
6 breakfast sausages

Optional Ingredients
Italian seasonings
Garlic powder

Directions:
Mix dry ingredients, ACV and olive oil in a bowl
Add ½ cup of hot water and mix well
Let sit for for 15 minutes until easy to handle
Divide dough into 3 (hotdogs) or 4 balls (breakfast sausages),
Role out between two pieces of parchment paper
Wrap hotdogs or sausages and place on parchment seam side down
Bake at 350 to 400F for 15 minutes or until golden brown
Remove and let cool until they can be picked up
