Blessings for this Equinox 2023
We created positive connections and powerful energy together on Friday 22nd September -starting at 12pm with three meditations lasting 15 mins each. Introduced by Sally Sherin - who helped Adrien Lee to create this event again for this Equinox 2023. We had sunshine and we had some rain (we had a wonderful lady giving us sheets to cover the instruments - Thank you and thank you to all all who came and made this so memorable !)

We, Shona and myself, did the middle 15 min and had a fabulous time, thank you for recording Elvira and there will be some others, i hope (as we had a nice little jam after the meditations were over :) It was lovely to meet so many of the community who are of a like mind - we are blessed.
