State Board of Canvassers allows petition drives to begin for 2 ballot proposals

The State Board of Canvassers has given two groups the go-ahead to start gathering signatures to put their proposals on the November 2018 ballot. The petitions must get roughly 315,650 signatures to go on the November ballot. That's equal to 10% of the total number of votes cast in the 2014 Gubernatorial election.
