Focaccia Bread without Oven | Italian Bread Recipe | How to make Focsicca Bread

Today we are making Focsicca Bread which is belongs to Italy and can be in in Dinner
Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour (میدہ)
1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast (خمیر)
1 1/4 cups warm water (گرم پانی)
1 tsp salt (نمک)
1 tsp sugar (چینی)
2 tbsp olive oil (زیتون کا تیل)
Instructions (English):
In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.
Add salt and olive oil to the yeast mixture and stir well.
Gradually add the flour and knead the dough until it's smooth and elastic. You may need a bit more or less flour depending on your dough's consistency.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest in a warm place for about 1-2 hours, or until it doubles in size.
Once the dough has risen, punch it down to release any air bubbles.
Heat a large, heavy-bottomed skillet or pan on the stove over medium heat.
Divide the dough into smaller portions and shape them into rounds or oval-shaped loaves.
Place the shaped dough onto the hot skillet and cover it with a lid. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
Remove the bread from the skillet and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Instructions (Urdu):
Ek mixing bowl mein garam pani, cheeni, aur khameer ko mila kar rakhain. Ise 5-10 minute ke liye chor dain jab tak yeh frothy ho jaye.
Khameer ke mixture mein namak aur zaitoon ka tail shamil kar ke achi tarah mix karain.
Thora thora kar ke maida shamil karein aur aata chamakdar aur elaichi ho jaye tak goondhain. Aapko aata ki consistency ke mutabiq thora sa mazeed ya kam maida bhi shamil karna ho sakta hai.
Aata ko ek geela kapra se dhank kar garam jagah par 1-2 ghante ya jab tak aata double ho jaye, rakh dain.
Jab aata double ho jaye, usse punch kar ke hawa ko nikal dain.
Ek bara aur mazboot patili ya tava ko darmiyan aanch par garam karain.
Aata ko chhote hisson mein taqseem karein aur unhe gol ya oval shape loaves banayein.
Banaye hue aata ko garam patili par rakh kar dhak dain aur 15-20 minute tak pakaain, kabhi kabhi palat kar, jab tak bread sonay jaisi rangat par aye aur nichle hisse par tap karne par hollow awaz aye.
Bread ko patili se nikal kar kuch minute thanda hone dain phir serve karein.
