This Ice Poison Flurry Rogue build (aka TwinBue) is a further evolved version of the Icy Flurry build (link below). Main differences are the use of the whole Shroud Package (tree ability and aspects) as well as the use of Aspect of Noxious Ice. Melts mobs and elites in NMD 65 easily!
