This case was a result of a traffic stop on US 31, near Sharpsville, Indiana.
A stop initiated by Scott Bridge of Tipton County Sheriff's Department (who operates a landscaping company Bridge Landscaping and was also a Howard County Indiana Reserve Deputy after this sick behavior).
Sharpsville, Indiana Town Marshall Steve Cox and Tipton County Deputy Travis Rhoades (Formerly of Windfall Town Marshall) who also ran for Tipton County Sheriff. A Veteran of the Military also.
Many Officers from Tipton County, Indiana were involved in this brutal conduct.
