The base was made of cardboard. Dimensions in the video.
I covered it with paper napkins and let it dry.
I put spackling paste on top and also left it to dry.
I painted the acrylic varnish with paint and painted the base.
I glued decoupage napkins and covered them with acrylic varnish.
