Making sun tea ☀️ nourishes my hormones with the blend of tea I use and also nourishes my nervous system because it soaks up grounding energy from the sun and the earth while it infuses the tea. It’s the easiest way to make tea- you should try it!

Fill a 16oz jar with water and add 1-2 Tbsp of your favorite tea blend, shake, and set in the sun anywhere from 3-8 hours. That’s it! Drink it warm, or add some honey and ice for a delicious iced tea.
