False Fema Signal warning alert turn off cell phones and devices on Oct 4th

This is an operation of Gov and big bio-tech to activate some nano-tech carbon fibers in the vaccines and send their radio signal to activate the disease and thereby kill millions more people who have been injected or otherwise exposed and are carriers of these nano-particles in their or our bodies we have all probably been exposed to these particles and cannot afford to take chances or become a statistic or further victimized by our government. The signal will be broadcast and affect those vaccines and vaccinated which have the nano-tubes of graphine within them, and the only way to fight back is to turn off all devices at 2pm on Oct 4th for at least an hour or so. It's not a big deal I plan to read a book or do some physical exercise for example, or we might go out to the park and go bird watching, but please turn off the phones radio and TV are going to send a foul signal you are warned and I have done what I could do.
