Help us to use any promotions or advancements as a vehicle to bring glory to Your name. Remind us often that it is not by power or might, but by Your Spirit that such accomplishments are made possible. As King David said in 1 Chronicles 29:11-12, “Yours, Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the majesty and the splendor…in your hands are strength and power to exalt and give strength to all...”
