In this video, we first look at TRIPP: A New Way to Meditate, a virtual reality meditation app now available on the PlayStation VR2. TRIPP was developed by Tripp Labs and published by Meta.

The app offers a variety of meditation experiences, each with its own unique visuals and sounds. You can choose from experiences focusing on relaxation, stress relief, creativity, or sleep.

I tried out a few of the experiences in the app and found them to be immersive and relaxing. The visuals were stunning, and the sounds were very calming. I felt like I was transported to another world, which helped me to focus on my breath and clear my mind.
If you're looking for a new way to meditate, I highly recommend trying TRIPP. It's a great way to relax and de-stress, and it's also a lot of fun.
