As the weather turns colder, I am drawn to times when I'm secluded in a winter cabin with friends and family doing nothing but enjoying one another's company, freed from the invisible tethers of society.

Anyone else miss those moments?

STEPS:
1 - Relax to the sound of the fire crackling in the fire place. Alternate your focus between the fire and the wind outside. Let your mind explore between the two.
2. Breathe in new energy through the nose / exhale stale energy through the mouth and hum if so desired
