Exploring the History of Augusta Pioneer Cemetery: A Virtual Tour

Once a small village, Augusta Cemetery, or "Old Augusta" as it's referred to today, has as far back as 1802, despite having been established as Augusta Cemetery in 1849. We'll examine each grave marker as best we can for the remaining letters and dates. Many, having been made from limestone and marble, have long been wiped clean by time.
