1. 22. And the last advice. Be always on the watch out, the phenomenon of Spanish Inquisition and German fascism should not repeat themselves. Put out in embryo any attempts to contrapose us against the society. Destroy the anti-Jewish tendencies at the very beginning whatever form should they appear. Fascism is not an accidental phenomena. It appears everywhere where we underestimate the strife of the local people for mastering over their land. Fascism is dormant and is ripening in all peoples. Fortunately for us the different peoples come to it at different times.
