aj me ap ky sath mash ki daal ki mazedar si recipy share krny ja rahi hu to us se phely mere channel ko subscribe kr lein or agar video achi lgi to like or share krna mat bholein ga.. or sath hi sath bell icon ko b press kr dy.. chalein recipy shoro krty ha.

INGREDIENTS:

mash ki daal (adha killo soaked)
oil ( half cup)
payaz ( 1 large ya 2 medium size)
tamater (2 medium)
hari mirch (4 sy 5 adad)
dar cheni (1 adad)
tez pata (1 adad)
namak (1 tablespoon ya hasbe zaika)
haldi ( 1/4 tablespoon)
lal mirch (1 tablespoon)
kali mirch powder (1/4 tablespoon)
kalvonji (1 teaspoon)
zeera ( 1 tablespoon)
garam masala (1 teaspoon)

HOW TO COOK:

sb sy phely ik pateli me oil garam krein or is me tez pata or dar cheni add kr ky sath payaz add kr ky fry krein jab tak golden brown na ho jaye .is ky bd is me hari mirchein or tamater add kr lein phr lehsan adrak ki paste or thora sa pani shamil kr ky achi tarah se masaly ko bhoon lein.
jb masaly per oil a jaye to is me daal shamil kr dy or itna pani dalein k is me daal dip ho jaye is ky bd high flame py bhoon ky low flame py rakh dein or daal ko achi tarah se gila lein. dum py hari mirchein daal ky serve krein . mazedar si recipy tyar hai.
