Mark’s Keto Low-Carb Chilli (Trail Recipe)

Serves two people
Ingredients
½ lb Ground beef, pork, chicken or sausage
14fl-oz Crushed or diced tomatoes (half can)
7fl- oz Black soybeans (half can)
½ cup Lupini bean flakes
½ cup Green/Red peppers diced
½ cup Onion diced
1 clove Garlic
2 Tb Chipotle / chili /cayenne, etc
Salt & pepper
Grated cheddar as a topping
Directions
Brown ground beef in pot until the pink is gone
Add the tomatoes, black soybeans, peppers, onions and lupini flakes
Add seasonings
Simmer until it reaches desired consistency
Serves with cheddar on top
