Incompetent Ukrainian officer corp?

There is a reluctance amongst the supporters of Ukraine to appear critical. I regularly hear the term, Trust the U A, as if beyond reproach. if you appear to question certain things you in turn are criticised. This of course is not how it should be, the country needs to be held to a higher standard, we are not after all Russia. If Ukraine is to win this war, it will need its people to rebuild and to prosper and having them buried in the battlefields is not going to help. With that said, I believe that Ukraine is a place filled with wonderful people and is a shining light of potential in the east, it must be preserved. But for that to happen, a military victory is key and some of our officer core may be letting us down.
Before I continue, this video is not based on the idea of some old armchair general wannabe. These are very real concerns voiced by serving members of the Ukrainian armed forces. As one source reminded me, ‘Why do you think we have all of these independent brigades, like the Georgian Legion?’ Well one of the reasons is because there is a lack of confidence in some of our officers.
