KCCA to acquire recycling plant - Targets utilizing waste as a resource

Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) is currently in the process of establishing a recycling plant to address waste management challenges in the central business district of Kampala.
Hajjat Minsa Kabanda, the Minister of Kampala and Metropolitan Affairs, unveiled this initiative during the launch of the "Keep Kampala Clean" campaign in Makindye Division. The campaign was initiated by Dorothy Kisaka, the Executive Director of KCCA, one month ago.
