Kampala floods - Min Ecweru inspects flood-prone areas in Kla and directs UNRA to expedite repairs.

Musa Ecweru, the Minister of State for Works and Transport, has issued a directive to the Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) to ensure that the contractor working on the Nakawa-Kireka stretch of Jinja Road completes the project as swiftly as possible. Minister Ecweru made this directive during an inspection of flood-prone areas severely affected by heavy rains on Wednesday.
