I have been watching Mufti Menk's videos and find them very informative and inspiring. Can you please provide me with some guidance on how to embrace Islam? What are the steps that I need to take? Are there any specific things that I need to do or know before I can officially become a Muslim?

I understand that the first step is to declare the shahada, which is the declaration of faith. Can you please guide me on how to do this? Also, are there any other steps that I need to take, such as performing certain rituals or learning about the Islamic teachings?
