Mountain Creek Lake at Mi Familia Park in Grand Prairie

I decided to explore the coast at mountain creek lake. So much trash! I hate that the community treats its park like this. There are several improvements that need to be made by the city to prevent so much trash building up. Trash cans should be placed where people are leaving trash the most. A maintenance crew should be regularly cleaning these areas and replacing trash bags. The park is starting to show signs of improvement already. A new sign. New playground being built. New sidewalks. I hope the city makes additional changes that will make the park more attractive to residents. I hope to be a significant part of that change.
