Officer didn't wash the OC off his hands M Loyd "PepperDick" gets to the hospital before the beauutiful Patriot Rosanne Boyland whom was murdered by Officer Lila Morris. Our GOP representatives have had this footage for more than 3 months and have done nothing. As a matter of fact they lied to the Boyland family telling them Rosanne was not taken to the hospital because they were inaccessible yet PepperDick made to them just fine and was at the hospital real quick like.
